– Product design

Good product design is critical to provide customer demand, every day more demanding.

 

SPECIFICATIONS. We can adapt the existing design in your factories to guarantee the C20 specifications and Cold-Cranking with the minimum possible cost. That is to say, to arrive at these objective requires action on several fronts such as:

• Raw materials. If you integrate your own production of lead alloy, we are also specialists in the production of lead. Also for the production of containers and lids. If is not the case, it will work with suppliers to define specifications and track. The same for other critical raw materials: separators, acid, additives …
• Design grids, plates, … elements is critical to reduce the cost (across through the reduction of the weight of lead) and maximize the specifications.

An initial site visit, will allow for an initial diagnosis of your plant. It includes:
